Gambling has been around just about forever, and it's not going anywhere anytime soon. Online gambling, on the other hand, is a relatively new development, and the implications of being able to place wagers over the internet haven't been fully explored yet.

One thing has become certain though: gambling is a big money industry. Whether you're talking about online casinos, internet poker, sportsbetting, or even something as minor as backgammon or bingo played online, someone is making (and spending) big dollars.

That's where this site comes in. Almost all other online gaming and gambling websites focus almost exclusively on promotional content, and the number of sites which actually take a look at the business side of online gambling is pitifully small. Our goal is to fill that void with information about the business implications of online gambling.

You'll find information here about online casinos, yes, but more importantly, you'll find information here about the companies who own the online casinos. We don't limit our coverage to just online casinos though - we also provide information about skill gaming sites, online gambling regulatory agencies throughout the world, and issues related to the licensing and legality of playing online.

I'll also eventually expand the content on this site to cover the sports betting industry, online lotteries, online bingo, and betting exchanges.
